ID 10s

Hey guys just picked up a pair of mint v3 ID 10s (d2's) in a sealed box for $100. Figured it was a good buy for the wifes car. The box is about 1cu each before displacement. I have em on a old school alpine mrv-t707, probably only seeing 200 watts or so a piece.

My main question is how much power do these things really like or can take? And is the box the right size. I could go ported, but would prefer not to take up any more room. If i remember tho, these take small ported enclosures right? For entry woofers, ive been happy so far.

Come on ive heard so much talk about Id's when JL comes up... someone has got to have some first hand knowledge on these guys.

I never used a ID but since you have everything you need you might as well hook it up and try it

Yes if you read it, i say there seeing about 200 now. And at the end i say ive been happy with them so far.
