IA Flatlyne reviews?

You sound kinda unimpressed...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I would love to know where you heard the Flatlyne 10's.

I ran IDQ12V3's last season in a SQ system. I changed the subs this season to the Flatlyne 12's. They are the most accurate, detailed sub I've ever heard. The ID's won me a world championship last season, and I didn't hesitate to replace them with the Flatlyne. That should tell you something. If you want extreme detail at the lowest frequencies, with rediculous output, the Flatlyne is the sub to have.

were did u win the world championship? more details?

I promise you I have one in my Tahoe right now.

I put it in about 3 weeks ago, just as a loaner sub. Its in a 1.0 ft sealed (Before disp) enclosure on the 5th channel of a US Amps AX5600... some 700 watts or so.

I've heard a million RE XXX's, IDQ's, Brahma, blah blah blah blah....

It's up there man. It really is.

I wish I had a semi-large ported enclosure to see just how loud it could be, but as far as musical reproduction goes, I like it a good deal.

The Flatlyne subs are in the process of integration. They have more output than what I'm accustomed to. I went on a search after the 2008 season for a sub that could reproduce sub bass below 20hz and make it believable. Nick proved it was possible with the Flatlyne.

wow nice:veryhapp:

I am running 2 Flatlyne 12's in an Infinite Baffle setup. The trunk is completely isolated from the cabin and is vented to the outside through two vents in each corner of the trunk. I actually broke several welds on the trunk hinges with the Flatlynes during testing. I have turned the levels down significantly since then. The output is insane. Each 12 is powered by around 500 watts of clean Zapco power. I would try giving each the max of 700 watts, but I like my car too much.
