I email them one day, and then they answer.....

the very next day!! They even email back on saturdays !! its soo cool!! i give major props to them. No one i have ever dealt with replys the next day.

i emailed RE and they answer in like 2 weeks. eh.....

anyways major props to IA!!

2 weeks for an internet based company receiving hundreds and hundreds of e-mails a day with limited staff is decent. Not good, but there's other ways of contacting.
