Ia 40.1-Stetsom 7k-Fusion 4000d

Shouldn't this be in the amplifier section?

Either way, for a reliable amplifier that will actually do its power constantly (not just for burps) you should go with the 40.1. There's a local shop around here that dropped Stetsom because a few of his customers could barely get out of the parking lot before the amplifiers went into protection. An amp that small that is supposed to put out that much power on a consistent basis is bound to have issues (with it not being a new type of amplifier like the mini's and pdx's). Not to mention that they sound like poo on music. I suppose if you like burps, then go for it. Wait...we're talking about ~5,000 watts here aren't we? Why in the hell am I talking about how good it will sound? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I wouldn't run 16v daily, but that's just me.

Wanna see your gauges go poof? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Just kidding. I know a lot of vehicles can have major issues with 16 volts...especially on a daily basis. Usually those are reserved for competition vehicles that aren't driven daily.

It is possible to run 16v daily without damage to the vehicle:fyi:

X2.

No one has explained to him yet why the 12v version wont work and why to get the 16v. Tell him to buy something he dosent understand, great thinking. The car runs at idle around 14.4v. pushing that to a 12v version will blow the power supply. The 16v version can handle up to 16v so it will take the 14+v you will be giving it. The 12v version is great when the car is sitting.

Correct me if Im wrong, thats just my understanding.
