yep you have to remove a resistor in the amp.

Sounds like a good comp amp,but not so good everyday amp powerwise,say at 12Vs and after rise from 1.4 to 2.5ohms.Seeems like you have to run alot of subs at get really low for the power to come in.

Well for reference,
PB rates the amp 3000w at 1 ohm at 14.4v

IA rates the amp 1800w at 1 ohm at 13v

I wish I could drop the load real low

I'm pretty sure the PB rates it at 3000w at 13.8v
