IA 20.1 Tests ARE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got a chance to test it.

Setup was 1 hc2400, charged to 13.1v

Direct swap against a pbx3000d, nothing changed at all.

1 15" vfl with a dcr of .9 in an extreme 1 setup.

PBX was louder by 1.5db

We clamped the 20.1 and found

22.7v

65.2a

Box rise was to about 2.75

20.1 put out 1418w at 2.75ohms, not too bad at all.

Then we kicked it up to 16v, and the 20.1 was 1.1db down.

Maybe I can do a strapped test tomorrow.

undersoverpunk says we are going to do a direct drop in when i get my 2500d back from Orion. He has the IA20.1 He believes the 2500d will get the IA 20.1, but i think opposite but we will see

Well for reference,

PB rates the amp 3000w at 1 ohm at 14.4v

IA rates the amp 1800w at 1 ohm at 13v

I wish I could drop the load real low

@ .175-.35dcr..its gonna be close. id say the 20.1 will be louder than the orion on 16-18v's..
