IA 20.1 step up from (2) JBL 1200.1's?

Will an IA 20.1 beat 2 JBL 1200's for daily on an 18" MT? The JBL's are what I had on it and I am looking to upgrade.

The JBL's were at 1.4 ohms each, and the 20.1 will be at .7. This is only for daily driving/music I am looking for loud to the ear.
