Timberland also makes somewhat dress shoes. Where do you work? I assume it's not an office because of the racial diversity. Unless they are providing janitorial services and if they are, you don't really have to deal with them.

I work at a FedEx warehouse. About 75% of the people there are black. Just go into work all G'ed out and your good! They all like me there cause one day they heard my system. So now I am just known as the kid with a loud *** system and there always asking me to help them with theres.
