ok well im venting again.....i just spent an hour on the phone w/ this stupid lady that didnt now how to use her phone.....she's trying to access hotmail from her phone..e.verything works except she cant send mail cause she's stupid....even w/ me telling her step by step what to press......i wanted to kick her in the head.......stupid people should not be allowed to have phones.....grrrrr
