The bottom line here is that these things can be corrected and the individuals that are doing wrong need to be taken care of. But it doesn't help the situation when a mod retaliates because something is posted that he/she doesn't like. You can't go into people's sigs and start screwing with them, you can't delete posts that aren't breaking the TOS for the shear point of getting revenge. Banning doesn't do much good here and as a mod there is a thin line. A line that I've only seen crossed by one mod on several occassions and it always makes the problem much worse. So next time you as an individual see something getting out of hand, don't post about it you'll simply infuriate them more. Let the other mods or the admin handle it.
