Thanks, I wasn't sure who you meant but I figured people like to look at guns.

Oh, and not all Glocks are matte black. They did have some stainless slide models. Idk, maybe Bob has his slide well oiled so maybe thats what he meant by shiny. Some people soak parkerized guns in oil for several hours and they look darn good.

i am very familiar with glocks not a fan of them but I have alot of family and friends that are gunsmiths ...and they are cheap and easily modded so they use em.

Yeah Glocks are fugly imho. But they are darn reliable, plus tons of departments use them and tons of parts available.
