I was considering buying these audiobahn speakers on ebay...should I?

They're nice 3-way speakers but I'm wondering why they're so cheap, are they good speakers? Are they discontinued? Thanks.

i had a pair of 6x9s that were similar when i first started out in car audio, and the tweeters blew in a week from my stock HU. go figure eh? the midranges work and are fine, but those little tweets (same ones that were on mine) sounded terrible.

spend 100~150 on a good pair of components, and another 100 on an amp, and you will be so happy, you have no idea.

I think ebay someone is selling Alpine Type R comps for around 130ish. Good deal there.
