i want a real loud system

Only a flatbed truck can be a concert on wheels. Do what you have with a car, and make it sound good to you. No one wants to listen to your music, unless possibly if its a live concert.

If you want to be heard, get a job driving an ice cream trunk that plays 'The Entertainer' all day long.

There is no reason to impose your musically tastes on others!

i dont like systems with all that bass and u can't even hear tha song , i want people to hear my music from blocks away, so i'm thinking of getting 4 6X9s in the back powered by some good amps, and maybe one 15" kicker l7 sub
i want REAL LOUD sound, i'm gonna wear earplugs by the way when i have it up, i want it so loud that i'll need another battery just for the sound system

duz anybody have any suggestions as far as real loud speakers and amps i should get....

I truly wish i could take a 24" machete to your neck.

yes i have contributed largely to this nonsense, and for that i am truly sorry, (and wicked bored..for the record)

but whaddya wanna bet he will come back on here with something like:

" so what do i have to do to get it real loud, 6-6x9's? 8? i want it real loud. i have earplugs"

if you want to show how loud you are, get metered and plaster it all over your back window. its alot less annoying to everyone else trying to enjoy their music.

you are not going to achieve "lifelike" concert volumes with 6x9's. it might get loud but the mids and highs will not be realistic. the horns i suggested are better than most in the tower speakers used in concerts anyway....still think you are doing it for the totally wrong reasons but have at it. i think you would be much happier pleasing yourself than "people" only two things are going to happen doing it your way. you will draw eventually the wrong attention (tickets and theft) plus you are going to hurt your ears. im not saying this like a parent im telling you as i been there done that already.

I've hauled amps, effects, plus a shitload of instruments during senior year when we had a little group that got together and did some gigs at people's houses...you'd be amazed at how many 15" woofer cabinets you can fit in the back of one of these things //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

also had a few people play guitar in back, during one of those all-night campouts in the back...good times, very good times.

i really dont want no bass, i want it real REAL LOUD, like a concert in my car, how many 6X9s do i need? i dont think i can fit more then 4 , maybe i should put 4 6 and 1/2s in the front too, i want it like 5,000 or more watts of just speakers and maybe a 1000 watts of bass , i'm gonna wear the ear plugs that they have for shooting guns off they should protect my ears pretty good
