About 74% efficient, and very stable at 1 ohm. The AQ is a better amp. I loved my Memphis 4kw's when I had them. Sexy amps, but not very efficient, and the AQ sounds better. I like that gunmetal finish, and the size and shape of the 4kw though.

You won't get a better amp for the money than the AQ.
