AQ is very solid for the $$$ and has a warranty. Of course you can find cheaper, but more then likely used, so you take a chance. Have to decide if saving a few bucks is worth it or not.

I know I can get the Autotek MM 4000.1D right now from http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=18160 for 699$$ Right now, but I dont know howthe quality of the Autotek amp will compare to the AudioQue

I have a 2200D, and my buddy has a 4000.1D I say that you should go with the Autotek. Both amps are strong though. Mine is pushing a 15 inch HDC3 and his pushing 2 18inch HDC3s.

The MM4000.1 is a beast but so is the Crunch GP3500. Ive been told that the 2500 and 3500 Groundpounder amps can be ran at .5 ohms without trouble. I will be doing that with the 2500.

the dif between the is GP2500 and GP3000pro is the GP2500 is peak NOT rms. i didnt know they came out with a GP3500 good they got a bigger amp in there line.
