hey guys, sorry about the long wait...

but got back form the doc about 8 in the morning. Doc checked me out and ran a few simple tests and stuff and found out it was from the heat. Told me my body went into a "shock" from being so hot to cooling off to fast. Told me to try and not worry about it, but if it were to happen again to come back and he would run further tests.

shit. i'd better be careful. I usually do about 30-40 minutes in the sauna at the gym on base, then go outside and sit down.... sometimes get feeling dizzy but you feel GREAT later.

good for you, do me a favor and read a little on lyme's disease, my uncle had similar symptoms as you and if it is caught early it is harmless, but no bueno if it gets bad, but im glad your ok!

ya do be carefull...doc told me many people do it thinking its ok, but its really not!!
