Yes, but by law you will get much more time for getting stoned then for drinking. And if you are underage many times they let you go home just call ur parents, or u get a night in prison. With Weeeed you would get possibly years possibly months depending on the charge. - smoking kills faster, as long as ur not an alcoholic

Actually being stoned won't land you any charges. Just posessing the things that make you high or the tools to help facilitate that high Underage posession of weed will have you seeing your parents the next day and community service/weekend lockups in JC or even just probation for a first offense in most places (even for adults in most cases too), unless you were caught dealing pounds of the crap. This is in no way condoning the practice, just shedding a little more truth to the blatant exxageration.
