I sleep with a night light

i have to have a fan on if not i feel like a cant breath . but no lights has to be pitch black

During Christmas time I use this nightlight I've had since I was like 4 or so.
The fan is a necessity too. I'll turn it on the lowest levels on the coldest of nights, just to have a slight breeze on my face. My girlfriend though, she practically has to sleep in a tundra. She'll have the windows up, two fans on full tilt, and about six blankets on the bed. It's actually quite comfortable.

My girl is the same way. I dont mind a little bit of fan, but she will frezze me the **** out!

i used to sleep with 2 12" kicker comps in my room on a volume level of 25/40 but after about 3 months my mom and dad got tired of hearing it when it got on songs like oxycotton and the 3 6 mafia songs. idk if anyone else has slept with subs on but it puts the icing on the cake i wanna try it with some btls

I NEED a fan year round as well for the noise. If it were up to me, the window would be open year round too. But the wife will have none of that. I also have a pillow I hold with one arm that Ive had since I was prolly 5ys old LOL.. Its a real POS, but it isnt going anywhere!!

yes but that applies to other times as well.....12noon, 5am, 3am, 4:01am:laugh:

i use a ceiling fan set on medium. i have no night light but there are enough lights scattered in my room. i.e. modem, cable box clock, alarm clock, tv and monitors on/off lights.

i normally like it completely dark but it is quite hard to achieve.

a night cap of ********** is a must though. if not i roll around in bed. heavy rain w/ lighting & thunder help me sleep.

Yes, the touching of one's self if you're by yourself is the end all of sleeping problems.
