I sleep with a night light. I dont like the pitch black, scares me. Plus waking up late at night to go to the bathroom I stumble in the dark.

oh yea I also have to have a fan on when I sleep, no matter how cold it is. I need the ambiance noise and the air circulation

During Christmas time I use this nightlight I've had since I was like 4 or so.

The fan is a necessity too. I'll turn it on the lowest levels on the coldest of nights, just to have a slight breeze on my face. My girlfriend though, she practically has to sleep in a tundra. She'll have the windows up, two fans on full tilt, and about six blankets on the bed. It's actually quite comfortable.

I like it pitch black usually.. have to have the fan on too though, too stuffy without it; even with the window open.
