i can't wait. i placed the order today. i picked 3 day ups. anyone know if it will really take three days or does it take them a few days to get the order ready. i can't wait. i need to start building my new box so i can put this thing in and see how it sounds.

friday would work out nicely.

i'm going to be running a kicker 300.2 at 4ohm bridged. so basically i got the 2ohm voice coil i'm going to wire it 4ohm then use the amp to get a bridged 300x1 4ohm. so i'm going to be running the max recommended wattage even though i've heard it can take more.

i'm going to build a sealed box, i haven't totally decided on the size yet. the website says .85-1.0 cubic feet. i've heard people say a 1.2 cubic foot box works nicely so that's probably what i'll go with.

i don't think i will get a bigger amp for while. but i have been looking at a rockford fosgate power550S which puts out 550x1 4ohm which i think would really power this sub nicely but i've heard some horror stories about the new rockford amps.

400 watts each?? and your running 15"s right?? wow that's awesome. i can't wait to hear this sub. i only got a 12" but for what i want it sounds like it's going to be more than adequate.

i got 1 e12kd4 wired to 2ohms.

i like it a lot. it sounds really nice. better than my old crap (pyramid 1000W subs)

my system is not complete yet. I put it in a temporary walmart box until i get mine shipped to me and its running off a legacy la770 at probably 250W rms and its loud.

im getting a jbl600.1 for the amp.
