I never have built a ported box

Ok i am really new to ported boxes and have tons of questions. When i look at some designs they have lots of walls on the inside of the box what do these do. I was going to attemp a L shaped port on my box but ran into another question will it work. the basic of the box i am building is a wedge for a camaro ok well i am going to drop down to where the t tops go for added box size. how do i go about running a L shape for this kinda box will that work. Side note this is for a btl 15 and i need the port firing on the same side as sub. Ok if someone could really explain this to me like you would a complete dumbass it would be greatly appreitcated lol I really need some help thanks

go there..you can enter all your demensions you want and tune the box to what frequency you need to by changeing the lengths of the port boards... try to make the box 4.5 cubic feet with about 65 square inches of port tuned to 32 hertz.. that should get you good deep low bass....
