Oh and my vote went to the sundown cause I run one right now and love it. The Memphis 4kw's are crazy though, I almost had one on eBay but backed out and bought a Crunch GP3k instead. Only thing is below a certain voltage with the 4K's your pretty much looking at instant smoke from what I've heard. but with that alt/ battery setup you should have no problems maintaining voltage..

So you think my electrical would be sufficient with my stock 150A alt and 2 d3100's to run a memphis 4kw?

You could always consider an Mmats D3500, Orion HCCA-D5000, or a Cadence ZRS-8000D

I had an Orion d5k it was my last amp but it only does 2500 at 1 ohm.

I think so, I mean my electrical runs my Sundown 3K just fine. Now I realize that the Memphis 4K takes quite a bit more power then the Sundown does from the electrical system, but you've got almost twice my electrical system //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif.

Plus, if I recall, there's a couple people out there running the Memphis 4k's off of a single PM D3100 and a smaller one up front..

I am a fan of Hifonics amps but those 2008D's dont put out 2000wrms @ 1 ohm like they suggest, so my vote goes to the SAZ3k
