i need serious help!! Orions or Audiobahns.. or others?

hi.. i need some serious help.. heres my problem.. im going to be getting some subs very, very soon... i dont know much at all about them.. what i want to do is spend no more than about $130 a piece for a sub so about $260 max.. i have been looking at audiobahns and orions.. the orions ive been looking at are the 12' xtr pros.. also just the plain xtr.. also, ive been also looking at many audiobahns which are around the same price.. which one should i go for? or should i not go for either and choose a differant brand? i listen to rap / hip-hop and im looking for a real deep hard hitting bass sound.. ive got a legacy 1400 watt amp to push them.. please give your suggestions! and tell me if i should go with another company or sub.. please help me out.. thanks!

Well, since you like rap/hip hop, I assume SQ isn't the biggest factor. Good thing for you, both of the subs you are looking at are predominately SPL subs. Personally I'd go for Adire Audio Shiva's (from what I've heard - 129 incl shipping!).

Most definately. In fast paced rap songs, you'll want a sub that won't miss a beat. The Shiva's should fit the bill.
