I need help with the best way to wire my equipment. Help please

I have a 2 channel audiobahn amp. it is the a8002t. i think it is a 1600 watt max. i also have 2 pioneer shallow truck subwoofers in a sealed box. they are 10" SVC speakers. the model of those are the TS-SW1041D for reference. they are 4 ohm 1000 watt max speakers. they are 250 watts rms. I have them wired how i understand to be 2x4 ohm loads. i have them wired straight from negative on amp to negative on speaker, and positive the same way. I believe my amp is a 2 ohm amp, is it bad to be running them this way? bad for the amp? what would be the best way to wire them. They sound good, i have been running them this way for a while now with no problems. could i wire the speakers together and bridge the amp to make a 2 ohm load? is this unsafe for the speakers or amp? might it produce any difference in performance?

either wire each woofer to each channel ,or get a mono block amp,with those woofers you can at most get 400 watts but dont wire them to gether and bridge them ,you'll blow the amp

Your setup now is fine.

To keep thing simple, when connecting speakers to any amp, you never want the total ohm load of the speakers to be lower than the lowest ohm load rating on the amp.

4ohm speaker to 4ohm amp=good

1ohm speaker to 4ohm amp=bad

***BTW if you bridge them, they will get a lot more power and im not sure if they would be able to handle it. But just set your gains carefully, and if you have any bass-boost or other bass eq, tame them down or turn them off if you can.
