i need help to stop the whining on my stereo!!!

i need to found out how do stop my stereo from whining when i run the car. its doesnt do that when i turn the key back. its a pioneer AVH-P6600DVD. it scream loud.

Is your RCA's and Powerwires on opposite sides of the car?

yeah my power and remote wire is on the left side and my rca's are on the right.
