I need an amp that can push two 12" FI-Q daily

I'm in Colorado Springs. It was snowing, now it's just windy and it sucks.

Alright, hows this set up sound.

One 15" FI-Q (I made up my mind) powered by a Hifonics XX Herc.

I don't know how to adjust stuff on amps, if I go to a place where they install my stuff will they adjust it?
