600 - 800 RMS @ 2 ohms.

I'd like to keep the price to a minimum because i am very very poor.

Might be a little under powered, but I have a Kicker KX400.1 that's rated at 400x1 @ 2 ohm, but is probably doing closer to 500w. $160 shipped.
