I might as well let ca.com decide.....

Which job has the best scenery?
I am a bartender, I get to look at hot women all night.
Job A is better sceanary in the location and work enviorment. Job B is more guys, its a huge **** fest.........about 3 older women in the building and they aint too much to look @.

Do you have a paystub to back that 49k up if they ask about it?
Not a paystub because i haven't work there......... however i do have an offer letter that indicates that.

This is a very important decision and don't let anyone here make it for you. I was in the law enforcement for a long time. And regret it. Do not go for either job for their pay. They both have good packages it sounds like. Considering A is growing quicker, and an 80k salary in a 5 years. A > B my a long shot.

But all in all it is not that. The answer is...

Which would you like doing better. A or B?

Company B is already on my bad side for thier shifty HR practices so that alone makes me weavy or signing for more money........... but it's what i know and have been there for 2 years. I am a bit worried about starting new and fresh, being the new guy after I am soo comfortable now. I intend to resign tommorrow.....i already wrote the letter.......

Company A is radiply growing, company B is not....... it's a county government position. . .just sits there.........
medical-dental-vision = the same really......that isnt a HUGE concern either since im 18 not 40 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Go with company a.

the government is known for doing shitty jobs so you're not going to score too many points there. although you can slack off.

As to where company a. is forced to fight it out in the open market and therefore to succeed they have to be competative. If they're growing as fast as you say then it sounds like a pretty good opprotunity to get your foot in the door. You can either slack off and they might keep you on because they are growing that fast and need hands, even if they're not up to par. Or you can work your *** off, hopefully be pushed even harder and become a better whatever the hell you are for it. Win Win, and nothing feels better than a big promotion. Keeps you motivated.... for a few weeks anyway.
