Job A is better sceanary in the location and work enviorment. Job B is more guys, its a huge **** fest.........about 3 older women in the building and they aint too much to look @.Which job has the best scenery?

the government is known for doing shitty jobs so you're not going to score too many points there. although you can slack off.
As to where company a. is forced to fight it out in the open market and therefore to succeed they have to be competative. If they're growing as fast as you say then it sounds like a pretty good opprotunity to get your foot in the door. You can either slack off and they might keep you on because they are growing that fast and need hands, even if they're not up to par. Or you can work your *** off, hopefully be pushed even harder and become a better whatever the hell you are for it. Win Win, and nothing feels better than a big promotion. Keeps you motivated.... for a few weeks anyway.
