Experience: Job B has the upper hand in things I am familiar with, Job A will be something new for me, but i like challenges.

Happiness : Toss Up, im frustrated at time with the county and sometimes i love it, all depends. New job wise (Job A) I like the ppl so far?

Development: More $$$ opportunity for Job A.

I just spoke with the President of Job A and he told me stuff that just amazed me to want to leave. . . . things like:

End of year bonus', salary would go up after 3 months a bit (2 grand) if all goes well, they pay for your lunch every day, pay for some of your gas (about 20 bucks of gas a month) and they've been waiting a bit over a week for my response so I know they like me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I am gonna resign tommorrow at the county after they just gave me their proposal.......... they are going to try to match like usual and I will say Job A is "paying" 49k and if they wanna keep me then to match. . . . . if they do then score, if not. . . i have nothing to lose //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

. . ive gotten offer for 34-37k and i usually say no, the HR reps from companies are usually like. . . //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif I got started in IT when I was 16 as an intern, learned quick. Interning is one of the smartest move's I ever did.Instead of sleeping in during summer, doing nothing and so on I interned for 2 summer's at a Data Center. Pays off in the long run i suppose.
