So i am leaving my POS job because they frustrate the hell out of me and I am surrounded by stupid people...... ugh. County ppl are friggin lazy, and I have 2 job offers. Which to take?

JoB A: 47k salary based-medical included-2 weeks paid vacation- 11 paid holidays a year. Room to grow to 80k in 3-5 years. It's with a medical imaging company. Commute from home: 15 miles

Job B: $$20/hr (Approx. 41xxx a year salary). 2 weeks paid vacation, medical, 9 paid holidays, Room to grow is huge however not salary wise. . . its the county proposal. Commute from home: 1.5 miles.

I would go with Job B, since you would only work 20/hr a week. In job A, it is possible that they may overwork you and you would not get any overtime since it's salary based.

Company A is radiply growing, company B is not....... it's a county government position. . .just sits there.........

me personally, i'd take option a. 15 miles isnt that far. and for the medical, you are more likly to injur yourself at 18 than at 40

Basically you told us nothing about the job... happiness, experience, and career development > Salary, benefits, and healthcare

especially when you're in your 20s.
