who the fvck wrote the manual. It reads like it was translated by a 4 year old from chinese to spanish to french then finally english.

The grammar and wording in some parts is just horrific.

DJ, Ill re-write it for you....its really not that professional IMO.

Hey thanks for checking up. No it didint. I went in that day after talking with the installer on the phone to get my wire. We discussed the install and he said dont tell me how to do my job, I wont tell you how to do yours. I said when Im paying for a service, it gets done the way I want it to do...so yes I do tell you what to do with my $$.

So he asked why I came back if I already filed the complaints with the BB and Amex. I told him I was here for my wire. He said "I aint getting anything back now remove yourself from my store or Ill have you removed"

I said I filed the complaint because your installer had a lot of options on the phone when I talked to him this morning....he could have offered to do a partial refund, re-install the wire if I provide the wire etc.....instead he took the low road and took an attitude with me saying it was done right **** off.

If Amex doesnt pull through which I doubt will happen, I will go to court with him....I work for the largest lawfirm in NJ
