If there were excessive vibration of the inductor itself, the enamel coating might get rubbed through, causing a short, which would make it not an inductor anymore, it would just be a ball of wire with no inductance.
The inductors are there to combine the different banks of outputs. If there are 2 inductors, there is usually 2 main banks of outputs comprised of N and P Channel mosfets in each bank, or in a self oscillating design, all N channel mosfets are used in each bank. The inductance also serves as part of the Class D output filter to filter out the switching noise of the output section and make the on/off action of the output mosfets have a nice sine-wave output before it gets to the output relay which connects to the speaker terminal on the amp and then to your subwoofer/speaker...
