Sorry for getting back to you late. I get the speakers from a friend who is also a local Authorized Morel Dealer. Morel
products are pretty solid, their failure rate is amazingly low. But
should you have a problem with the product, I can warranty them for ONE
YEAR. You would have to ship me the defective item, and not directly to
Morel. If the shop has the item in stock, I can usually just swap out
the item. If not, the shop would have to send the defective item back
to Morel for exchange. The only downside would be the approx. 2-3 week
wait, and you'd be responsible for shipping fees. You can print out any
of our email conversations for proof of warranty.
As you know, these Tempo 6's are extremely popular right now. I sell
these locally as well, and to be honest with you, I sold my last set
over the weekend. I immediately ordered more on Monday and should be
getting them within a few days. If you're fine with waiting, I can ship your speakers as soon as I receive the shipment.
And
as stated in my listing, these are 100% NEW and Authentic Morel Tempo 6
components. The auction actually ended A LOT lower than I
wanted/expected. If you'd rather cancel the order, I'll immediately
refund your payment upon request. Either way is fine with me really,
but please advise.
