I'd go ahead and start looking for a job now. I Was laid off back in January and just now got a job that I start May 4th. Decent jobs are very hard to come by atm, at least in my area around Wilmington, NC. I did get a much better job than I had though so I guess it worked out. And the new job I got def has Job Security no matter how bad the economy gets. I'll be at New Hanover Hospital.
