Hmmmm.. aight.. And I don't think insurance is ripping you off.. That kind of payout is pretty standard unless you had everything documented in writing, not based on what an agent said over the phone.. Insurance for expensive toys costs lots of $$..

I do feel bad about the car, but the bullshit flag is still flying.. Something just doesn't add up.. Either that, or you have the worst luck in the world.. To do that to somebody's car is more than about theft.. It's done out of hate and it's personal.. Or an inside job..

If the man wanted to commit insurance fraud all he would have to do is take all the shit out of there and say it got stolen, not set the whole f*cking car on fire.

I know how hard rawdog worked on that car and how much pride he had in it. He wouldn't destroy that car just for the POSSIBILITY of getting insurance out of it. Besides, we all know that insurance would never cover the entire thing. So he'd be out of money either way.

come on now, he was selling all his shit because he said he didnt wanna have anything but a regular system anymore. People burn shit to either cover evidence or out of hatred.

To call everyone jackasses for thinking it is rather stupid, just because of the events stated in the thread. As for his stuff...sux to be him, ive had my stuff stolen before and insurance paid for direct replacements of everythign that was taken, over 4k of stuff. Must **** to not have the reciepts or proof it was in there. Sadly i have state farm too. either way, if hes back with a better system later it kinda makes his sale post look stupid.

we all know steve meade who had his prized civic jacked and stolen right out of his drive way.. over 20 mins in his driveway... now this is a car that has been featured in several mags.. won plenty of awards WITH AN ALARM.. jacked.. rims, system, all just gone...
