Criminals are really stupid quite often; never underestimate criminal stupidity.

I dont know him from a hole in wall...

But come on..

* all items in the car down to the wiring and alternator listed for sale before the incident- he said he was going back to stock, not that he weas selling it after finals....to me that means its possibly out of the car..

*They came there with a gas can..

*They came there with a bunch of tools

*They removed lugnuts from BOTH wheels not knowing from the first wheel that it had lock nuts

*It happened behind his house- WHERE HE PARKED IT!

*The one day he brings it home, of all days...

* Just happens to park the car behind the house, with no view from the street(perfect for storching your car without the neighbors seeing)

*If a squirrel runs though my yard, i hear it- nevermind a whole supposed orchestrated robbery underneath your window..drills, handtools whatever...

* Hard to believe all that gear in that car and no alarm w/ an adequatey placed alarm siren- that if they got past the hood/front door it would go off or make enough noise...

* All the gear was removed successfully, they must have had all the time in the world or known the car personally.

But the likes of what you see in this thread is done on a daily basis, even larger scales-its called insurance fraud. Yes, that car is worth more in book value than with all the work he did to it...i mean look at it-who would buy it other than some young kid into stereos? Particularly a car that has been fiddled with as far as the electrical system(alternator). Just because the car was done up well, for all we know it was on its last legs-its an old car..

If his insurance company cuts him a check for what was supposedly in there, it'll

be for its srp value, not street value- so why not claim it stolen, sell it and collect a check?

I'm not saying he did it himself. But I do know it wouldn't be the first time some mastermind has though of something like this. I see it happen everyday. So it wouldnt surprise me given the details..

ok you want to hear from me, 1st for those with there thumbs up there ***** watching csi all day , **** you!!

i have pored my heart and sole into this car and made it what it was , a very nice looking and louder than most of you here!!

the for sale post was to see what i could get out of theaudio as i was planning on changing for world finals!@!!!!!! ..... wanna know what else at one point i had the whole car for sale!! and didnt sell it. i locked the thread up and decided to keep it.

the car was brought home due to the fact that i DONT have a DL and cant drive it, so the wife was going to take it to the place behind her work for a front end almint and check up.

i didnt "only lose" my car , but i lost 3 years of hard work down the drain. my daughter trampalin was f'ed up as well as my shed and her sand box!!

also there was a jack under the car and the wheels only had 2 LOCKING lug nuts on each of them one with a socket stuck on it!

i still have some items that were saved from the fire. but all in all it a total loss!!

i cant belive anyone would think i would hurt my baby, that car was one of the nicest i owned. s

also the arson and fire cheif were here with the insureance guy and they ruled out any foul play!!!

to anyone that has met me you know i dont **** people and if anything ever goes wrong in my deals i make them right!!

so to you internet haters **** you also!!

just got done talking to the inscrewU guy

he said i could keep the rims and front and back bumper, and also the ohio gen. 200 amp alt. looks to be ok.

then he lubed me right up and stuck it to me.

even though i have FULL covarge and when i got the insureance i told them this was not a daily driver any longer, and they told me on a recorded (i think ) phone call that ALL would be covered ...... its NOT!!!!

they are only giving me value + 1000$

if i retail everything up its around 25,000$ into that car with all audio and paint and supplys!!!!

i hate the system , i hate people that want what you have, i hate my luck....... well i hope karma is happy now and i paid for all the bad things i have done!!

i will prob. take a break and maybe one day come back stronger!!
