I could easily give you all of your info back, to include when you first got your license, and active points on your history, criminal record, etc etc..... but that would be an illegal act in and of itself since I have no reason to investigate you and disseminating that info to other than Law Enforcement is a crime. Did he measure the music level? (dB duh!) If he didn't he has no basis to cite you. It's like saying, yeah your music is loud...i don't know how loud but i'm guessing it's too loud so heres your ticket.
If he didn't, their is a viable way to get rid of the ticket...however if he did measure it then your screwed.

It happened to my friend once, he was speeding quite obviously (65 in a 25...yeah he's not the brightest). Anyway, the cop pulls him over and DOESN'T radar him to see how fast he is going. Needless to say he got it reduced from reckless driving because while he was speeding, they had no idea how fast he was going so they had to give him the minimum violation possible.

BTW my uncle is a detective, and he has taken down many a criminal. Some police are d***heads, however their are many who proudly do their job so lets not attack police in general, just the d***heads who abuse their power.

You're a dumbass. Every town has diff rules reguarding their policies with disorderly conduct in reguards to music. While they do usually have a set DB level it should be under, there is also a DISTANCE that the music shouldn't travel past. If it does, it's immediate cause for a ticket.
