cop around here got me for 57 in a 40 and let me off. guy was a douchebag the whole time but had every right in the world to be. changed my view on cops completely.

i feel ya man...i got pulled over for playing my system at 1/2 volume in the middle of the f*ckin day...and while the cop was writing the ticket a donk passed with the trunk rattling so loud it sounded like a metal recycling plant was being shaken loose by godzilla...and he just looked at it, looked away and wrote my ticket...95% of cops are worthless d*cks...but it does pay off to live in a small town and know all of the cops...

It's not really there for your reading pleasure... it's just an accessory to my post. And if you look close enough, it says "Disorderly conduct (Loud Music)".

Did he measure the music level? (dB duh!) If he didn't he has no basis to cite you. It's like saying, yeah your music is loud...i don't know how loud but i'm guessing it's too loud so heres your ticket.

If he didn't, their is a viable way to get rid of the ticket...however if he did measure it then your screwed.

It happened to my friend once, he was speeding quite obviously (65 in a 25...yeah he's not the brightest). Anyway, the cop pulls him over and DOESN'T radar him to see how fast he is going. Needless to say he got it reduced from reckless driving because while he was speeding, they had no idea how fast he was going so they had to give him the minimum violation possible.

BTW my uncle is a detective, and he has taken down many a criminal. Some police are d***heads, however their are many who proudly do their job so lets not attack police in general, just the d***heads who abuse their power.
