I have been labeled a racist

Most of you know what I do for a living. The majority of people are unaware that such a department exists but approve of my job. We are now being sued for enforcing government regulations.

Cincinnati's housing authority discriminates against poor African-Americans, conducts improper inspections of homes and encourages "racial vigilantism" through its policies, a federal complaint claimed Tuesday.
Three low-income Cincinnati residents filed the complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in hopes of convincing federal officials to intervene and, possibly, to take over the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority.

He said one of the biggest problems is an increasingly aggressive rule enforcement program that he believes has become an ugly, racially-tinged effort to drive poor residents out of the suburbs. The complaint says the program calls for "unreasonable inspections" of homes and subjects tenants to eviction for offenses such as loud music and foul language.
"It's just a nasty, nasty campaign to get people out of places where they are not wanted," Newman said. "This enforcement program is being used in a crude, punitive way."

He said Barnett, in particular, has been an advocate of the program and has encouraged suburban residents to file complaints against voucher recipients, setting off "a wave of racially hostile vigilantism."

Barnett said he supports the enforcement program because it requires tenants to follow the rules and to be good neighbors, not because he wants to run off African-American tenants.

"We're just enforcing the rules to eliminate the violations that have been so flagrant," Barnett said. "I don't care whether you're white, African-American, Hispanic, whatever. You will live by the rules."

Well, if A) The sons of *****es would follow policy and the laws in the area, who would have the mind to subject them to these inspections? B) Yes, they probably do need to get the **** out. If you cannot act like a human, go live in the country and feel free to roam free like a dog.
