I have: amp, custom enclosure. I Need: rec's for a 12" sub

New to the forum, so hello everyone.

My 12" Image Dynamcis IDQd2v2 seized up on me after about four years so I'm in the market for a new sub. Here's what I'm working with:

- Polk Audio PA400.1 mono amp which will put out 300w at 2ohm. It says it's 1 ohm stable but I've been warned not to do it with that amp.

- Custom .82 cubic foot sealed fiberglass enclosure.

So I guess I'm just looking for your recommendations on a SQ sub under $200 that will thrive at 300w with a small sealed enclosure. The Polk MM1240d has been recommended to me, but I think that's because Polk was the best thing that shop sells. Anything you can recommend would be appreciated.

RE is pretty good. JL just costs too much. I'd go RE over JL, but that's my opionion.
