I have a quick question

I have a quick question. I want to purchase this 3 way cross over below. I read in the crossover specs that this cross over is 4ohms. Does that mean that reguardless of what ohm driver or tweeter is used when connected to an amp the amp will put out 4ohm watts rms to the drivers.and or tweeters?
