Stupid question... Nothing will "shake the ground." But with those subs and that amount of power, it will shake a hell of a lot. Better make sure you have the electrical system for it.

sure... just throw em in the back of the trunk with no boxes. everyone knows boxes just cut down on a sub's output. and if you crank the gains on the amps all the way up, they will put out twice as much power... just make sure it only send it to one voice coil though, dont bother connecting both.
