I hear ya there man, I take melatolin to help with the sleep, rather take a supplement and be done with it instead of tossing and turning all night.i dont think my problem is that i stay up late for the weekend i think its the dread of the coming 5 days

I have a much more effective method, that gives me some of the most refreshing sleep.I don't wake up the next morning all drowsy either.
