Yeah, I've got a feeling they're just going to say tough shit.
But when I buy things I usually look them over to make sure they're in good condition. Mainly because I know when they get returns they like to just tape up the box and put it back on the shelf, and I don't care if it's mint condition, I'm not buying that.

Yeah, and it appeared to be in good condition... Kind of a big difference there bud, I was buying something used, the OP bought something that was supposed to be BRAND NEW but with no seal on it, but nice try?

So because its used and appears to be in good condition that means its perfect. You shoulve tested but you didnt. He sould have not had a reason to doubt this items condition, i guess now he will. But your statement shows your a bigger dumbass then i thought.

I did test, turned it on, started a game, etc. It wasn't a DOA console, there was a few specific features that weren't working correctly. What was I supposed to do? Sit there for an hour playing it before I buy it?

YOU CALLED AND HIS DAD SAID THE KID WASNT HOME AND YOU LEFT IT AT THAT....***??? fail much??? admit it...you were afraid to go back cuz that was real life and not the internet...the OP bought something that was brand new...why should he doubt it? you bought a used item from a kid off CL and got scammed. you didnt even call back later you emailed the kid lol

They let me exchange it. They didnt even ask questions. The customer service lady told me they have had this happen a few times.

I've already told you, I'm not billy badass, and your right, I wouldn't have kicked his ***. Because to me, $200 isn't worth going to jail, losing my job, and losing my scholarships. Call it me being a ***** all you want, maybe one day when you grow up, you'll realize, fighting gains you nothing in the real world. But then again, I already know your maturity level since the last time you brought this up you challenged me to a fight...

In all fairness, Its not like the clear wrapper is the easiest thing to spot, especially if you are just walking by and toss it into the buggy. Not to mention, I had just got off a 12 hour shift at work so I was tired.
