You have every right to trim branches that penetrate your property. Its your own **** fault for not taking care of them when you should have.
But don't get to worked up... Its just a POS Saturn.

Im sorry but thats just plain retarded. Why should he risk his safety or lose money to trim something that is invading his property? The owner of the tree should have done it. Since he failed to comply, he is responsible for the damages.
And even though i agree the Saturn being a POS, but it is HIS freakin POS that serves its purpose, he has all the right to get worked up...
