I really don't want to read all of that, but the mexican is probably just use to the way they do things in his country, where they barter on prices for EVERYTHING, he probably didn't know any better.

They should get green cards, let's start there. Then, they should learn to speak the language which is native to the country they are living in.

I'm not going to move to Italy and expect them to speak English, and do things the way I am accustomed to doing them.
