****. burnt mosfets.. yeah i had sony xplod 1000 watt amp i had just bout from someone and then i hooked it up and i smelled somethin plasticy and when i took it apart it had about 5 of those little black things crisppyyy like kfc

Consider yourself lucky...i was scammed once from a member here and let me tell you it sucks......I was there with danny and as soon as we opened the amp....bammm, efing thing burnt...anyway file a claim on paypal and see what happens...

if it is just 1 blown, they are pretty cheap if you can identify them.
