I got screwed by an Ebayer (Amplifier Burnt)

I smelled something funny with the JBL BP600.1 amp before I wired everything.

I called my friend Lenny to observe as a witness.

When he came I proceeded to wire everything accordingly. The gains were down everything was set. There was no sound coming from the subwoofers, but the amplifier powered on.

I checked my speaker wire connections and double checked all of my wires, everything was good.

We then decided to open up the JBL amplifier, and it was burnt!

i agree it really must ****, but if he honestly gets scammed so much why isnt he a lot more careful? I have never once been scammed, and i am not even a super careful guy. It is kind of tough to get scammed in my opinion if you are smart about things.

what is pretty good? If it was 99.9% or 100% maybe it was an accident. . I disconnected one amp and hooked up one i ordered used and it was good...for a week and then stopped working so i check in board and its a little burnt as well.

Tell him that you are opening a claim through paypal. Then if he makes right with you or refunds your money then close the dispute. If he dosent make right with you atleast you wont have to wait as long for the claim process

Consider yourself lucky...i was scammed once from a member here and let me tell you it sucks......I was there with danny and as soon as we opened the amp....bammm, efing thing burnt...anyway file a claim on paypal and see what happens...
