i got robbed

My advice to you...read, learn, understand //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I don't think you quite understand what it takes to get in the "150's", it's not as easy as you may think.

Uhhh theres lots of options and 150 is really difficult if you dont have quite too much money. Whats your budget? and why start with an amp? Id rather go with subs first that way you know what to wire your subs at and the get the amp based on the ohm load. If you can afford it go with somethin like a DD 9500 and put 2-3k watts in a 5+ cubic foot box. Should get you in that 150 range, if not close to it. But plan on spending nearly a grand for a good box, sub, and amp. Otherwise stick to a 130-140db system and that wont be too hard to build...and ALOT less costly.

so for a dailey driver is 150 to extreme or is that doable. and i dont want it to be a show car u know just really bangin
is it doable?...yes

will you be there any time soon?....doubt it

simply because it does not appear that you have to knowledge to get yourself there. I suggest if you are really dedicated and have the cash to invest get someone with some knowledge of such things near by to help you out.....And really if you just want to be "really bangin" 140+db is pretty uncomfortable so 150 for DD is in no way, shape or form necessary to be "really bangin"

no offense meant by anything i said btw

i'd say 130's for a DD would be great. basically start with a decent set of subs, maybe ~200 each and see if you need more. or a single 15" mag could be fun. as for where to start, well you already found us. even if you can't find what you need searching here you will find where to look.
